Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Baseball
No Refunds.
Basketball
Refunds are not currently applicable to this registration.
Cheerleading
Once the season starts, at the first practice, the chargers fees will become non-refundable. The uniforms are non-refundable once the order is placed.
Cross Country
Full refund before uniforms are ordered. Partial refund minus cost of uniform and team shirt after they are ordered. No refund after August 26th due to paying for meets.
Football
Refunds: Athletes who withdraw before the end of the first week of practice may receive a full refund*. Athletes who withdraw between the second week of practice and the first game (Varsity Jamboree) will receive a 50% refund. After that point, no refunds will be given. This is due to logistical planning and commitment of resources that takes place leading up to the season. *Credit card processing fees will not be refunded (if applicable). *Fees for practice jerseys, team shirts, etc. will not be refunded after the order has been placed. *Fees for Thursday Night Lights meals will not be refunded after practices begin.
Soccer
No refund after registration. We price by number of players.
Softball
All 2024 registration fees are non-refundable. The price for all levels is $50.
Tennis
To be determined.
Track and Field
No refunds.
Volleyball
No refunds.
Annual Association Membership
There are no refunds on the association fee, unless the player ends up not playing any sport for the year. In that case, please contact the registrar at maria@lcachargers.com.
